Innocore Solutions was founded by Dr. LEE Teck Kheng and Dr. TAN Juan Boon, bringing together over 60 years of combined expertise in the semiconductor industry. Their comprehensive knowledge spans the entire semiconductor value chain, from wafer fabrication to advanced packaging, positioning Innocore as a leader in driving innovation. With more than 200 global patents between them, their work continues to influence the semiconductor landscape and propel technological progress.

Both Dr. Lee and Dr. Tan bring distinguished academic backgrounds to the table, with Dr. Lee holding a Ph.D. from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and Dr. Tan a D.Phil from the University of Oxford, UK, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. They have held senior positions at renowned multinational companies such as GlobalFoundries, Micron Technology & ITE College Central, where they played key roles in shaping industry advancements.

Dr. LEE Teck Kheng

Dr. Lee is a semiconductor packaging expert with nearly 30 years of experience in advanced packaging technologies, including flip-chip and wafer-level packaging. He is the Founder and CEO of Launchxtec and a prolific innovator with more than 150 U.S. patents and over 80 technical publications. Dr. Lee actively contributes to the semiconductor ecosystem through leadership roles in SEMI Southeast Asia and initiatives that bridge industry, academia, and technology commercialization. He previously served as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Micron Technology and as Director of the Technology Development Center at the Institute of Technical Education, Singapore.

Dr. TAN Juan Boon

Dr. Tan has over 27 years of semiconductor industry experience, with senior leadership in technology development, manufacturing, and strategic innovation. Former Director and Distinguished Member of Technical Staff at GlobalFoundries, he led integration, manufacturing programs and heterogeneous advanced packaging initiatives. A recognized Master Inventor with more than 100 granted patents and 50 publications. He also served as Chief Strategy Officer at Cape EMS and Principal Consultant at DreamCatcher Consulting, driving innovation, business development and industrial collaborations.

Mr. HOW Chong Peng

Mr. CHONG Chan Pin

Mr. How is a semiconductor industry veteran with over 27 years of leadership experience in advanced manufacturing, technology transfer, and fab start-ups, including senior roles as Director and Chief of Staff at GlobalFoundries. He has led large-scale operational and digital transformation programs, delivering over US$200 million in cost savings while driving manufacturing excellence. Mr. How holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) from the National University of Singapore and completed the Breakthrough Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.

Mr. Chong is a semiconductor industry leader and expert with over 31 years of experience. He previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager at Kulicke & Soffa, where he helped grow the business to over USD 1.5 billion during his 12-year tenure. He also held leadership roles as CEO of Everett Charles Technologies and Vice President & General Manager at FormFactor Inc.. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the SEA Regional Advisory Board of SEMI and Chairman of the Board of iNEMI.
